Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you will be welcomed by your mountain guide and transferred to your hotel in Arusha. Later in the day, attend a comprehensive climb briefing where your guide will review the itinerary, inspect your mountain equipment, and answer any questions. Take time to relax and prepare for the adventure ahead.

After breakfast, drive approximately four hours to Londorossi Gate for registration before continuing to the trailhead. Your trek begins through the lush rainforest, where towering trees, colorful birds, and playful black-and-white colobus monkeys create an unforgettable first impression. After a gentle hike, arrive at Mti Mkubwa Camp (Big Tree Camp) for dinner and your first night on the mountain.

Leaving the rainforest behind, the trail climbs steadily into the heath and moorland zone. Giant heathers and volcanic rock formations dominate the landscape as panoramic views begin to unfold. Upon reaching Shira 1 Camp, enjoy spectacular vistas across the Shira Plateau, one of the world's highest plateaus.

Today's trek is relatively gentle, allowing your body to adjust to the increasing altitude. Cross the expansive Shira Plateau while enjoying magnificent views of Kibo Peak and neighboring Mount Meru. Arrive at Shira 2 Camp in the afternoon with plenty of time to rest and acclimatize.

• Hiking Time: 6–8 hours
• Habitat: Alpine Desert

This is one of the most important acclimatization days. Hike gradually to the impressive Lava Tower (4,630 m) where you'll stop for lunch before descending to Barranco Camp. The descent allows your body to adapt to the altitude while offering spectacular views of the famous Barranco Wall.

After breakfast, tackle the famous Barranco Wall, an exciting but non-technical climb that rewards you with stunning panoramic views. Continue across ridges and valleys before arriving at Karanga Camp, where you'll enjoy lunch, relax, and prepare for the final ascent.

Today's hike is shorter but steeper as you ascend to Barafu Camp, the base camp for your summit attempt. After an early dinner, your guide will provide a detailed briefing before you rest for a few hours in preparation for the midnight ascent.

• Hiking Time: 10–14 hours
• Habitat: Arctic → Rainforest

Around midnight, begin your summit push under a blanket of stars. The trail climbs steadily to Stella Point (5,756 m) before continuing to Uhuru Peak (5,895 m), the highest point in Africa. Celebrate your incredible achievement while watching the sunrise over the glaciers and plains below.

After taking photos and enjoying the unforgettable views, descend back to Barafu Camp for a short rest before continuing down to Mweka Camp, where a well-deserved dinner and overnight stay await.

Descend through the beautiful rainforest to Mweka Gate, where you will receive your summit certificate. Meet your driver for the transfer back to Arusha. Depending on your travel plans, you can relax at your hotel or transfer to the airport for your onward flight.
