5day Zanzibar Beach holidays - 5 Days

Upon your arrival either through the airport or via Boat, you will be escorted to Jambiani at Visitor inn for check-in and beach time. Have a rest and wait for the next day.

After having breakfast, it’s time to watch dolphins at Kizimkazi. If possible this is your golden chance to swim with hundreds of spinner and bottle-nosed dolphins. Then get back to the Hotel for lunch, dinner, and stay.

This day will start by visiting the Spice plantations. This is your chance to see and taste varieties of spices, tropical fruits, flowers that you never taste before. Then you will visit Kidichi Persian Baths built in 1850 which was built by Sultan Barghash bin Said as a gift to his WIfe Shahrazad (granddaughter of Fateh Ali Shah of Persia). Then you have a Lunch Break before starting another breathtaking tour to Stone Town.

By 2:30 p.m. will start another tour to Stone Town. The oldest Eastern Africa coast town has a huge history and architecture of Zanzibar for many a century. This day tour includes a visit to former slave market site, now stands as Anglican Church built in 1871, town market, the Zanzibar Memorial Museum, House of Wonder built-in 1883 (Beit-Al-Ajab), old Arab Fort, Palace Museum, Old Indian dispensary (cultural center), and Maruhubi Palace Ruins via Living Stone House. Dinner and overnight at the Gulf Hotel.

After breakfast at the hotel, this day will take you by boat to Prison Island for snorkeling. This is a stunning lifetime experience. This day will let you glimpse varieties of coral that accommodate thousands of colorful exotic sea creatures like, the blue ribbon tail rays, firefish, and for the “Finding Nemo” fans, clownfish. Today’s Dinner and Overstay will be at the Gulf Hotel.

The Last Days will take you to the oldest East African coast market to buy your gifts for your lovely ones. Then you will collect your belongings ready to be transferred to the Ferry or check-in At Airport (depending on your flight/boat schedule and departure point).
